Mr Kieron Jamieson & Mr Christopher Clarke

Kieron has 24 years experience in the security industry, working for companies such as Modern Alarms, Chubb Security, and ADT Manchester, working his way up through the ranks from Installation Engineer to Sales surveyor and Branch Manager.

Kieron has developed his technical skills to a very high standard in all fields, and is well respected for this fact by the Industry.

Christopher commenced his career with Liverpool University in 1985. developing the university’s Information Technology department, implementing internet/intranet structures, computer network management, network security development and operations and business development.

Since founding Focus Fire & Security in 1998, Christopher has designed and implemented a remote access system for advanced security solutions and customer service and has been at the forefront of developing the company’s drive to stay ahead of the competition and in touch with technological advancements, in particular the recent developments in CCTV security systems, data protection (DPA). and the implementation of new European standards for fire alarms (BS5839 P1) & Intruder alarms (EN50131)

Nikki has over 14 years customer service experience with Thorn UK and Provident Financial Plc, the last six years being in management and business development roles.

Nikki attained a Customer Service Diploma in 1999 and progressed to Area Manager – Customer Relations, overseeing 1800 customers with a team of 20. She is qualified to an exceptional standard and fully committed to ensuring the highest standard of excellence are provided to the customers of Focus Fire and Security Ltd.

Nikki is PA to the two directors and is responsible for the implementation of in house administration procedures and performance monitoring tools. She is constantly supporting and developing our team of dedicated customer service personnel for our ultimate goal of Total Customer Satisfaction.

Rob joined the company in April 2000 in an administrative capacity progressing to office manager before making the switch to head up our buying and cost estimation team.

Rob started his career as department head at a publishing firm and was involved in the development of a number of successful internet businesses. He says the key to success is “Telling the truth and doing what you say you will do when you say you will do it.” Whilst not diligently counting on our behalf Rob is a keen 5-a-side footballer and sea angler.


Sharon has overall responsibility for the day to day administration and data input for our dedicated alarm & customer software packages.


Mike is the link between our engineering and office departments, allocating engineers and equipment on a daily basis, mike is also responsible for the companies stock control


Kerry is the companies full time accountant responsible the accounts team, controlling purchase and sales ledgers, credit control & management forecasts.
